Policies

All appointments must be prepaid through the website or Momence app. Waiver signature required. All confirmed sessions have a 24 hour cancelation policy - session must be canceled online or with an instructor 24 hours before session to avoid being charged. Unlimited memberships have $10 no show/late cancelation fee. All purchases are non-refundable. Regretfully, no exceptions can be made in these policies.
