Tower Class

The Pilates Tower is a fun, ever-changing workout. The tower does not have a set order, so the routine varies. Mat work is combined with resistance springs, props, the barrel and magic circle to create a challenging full body workout. The body moves through multiple levels to gain functional core strength and balance. Try this workout once and you’ll be hooked.

Mat Class

The mat was originally created for the instructor to bring their workout home where the apparatus wasn’t available. Don’t let the lack of bells and whistles fool you, the mat workout is challenging. The exercises flow to hit different muscle groups at different times, by the end you will have worked out every inch of the body. The mat work is perfect for clients dealing with injuries. You can always skip or modify a movement that doesn’t suit you and come in on the next one. Mat classes are offered in studio on the original Pilates hard mats (no need to bring your own). Private Session

Pilates training utilizes resistance for no-impact strength building with combined focus on flexibility and mobility. The result is a body with increased muscle mass, circulation, coordination and balance, and decreased inflammation, tightness, and pain. This unique approach to fitness creates an ‘ageless’ feeling for the practitioner.

Work with an instructor one-on-one to build your practice, focusing on your specific needs while gaining a deep knowledge of the work. Private sessions are available by appointment only. Please contact the studio directly to book your session.

This class uses the various Pilates apparatus to exercise the body during pregnancy. A focus on deep core strength and joint stability without impact will keep the pregnant body strong and capable throughout each trimester. Pilates is the perfect full body workout to keep aches and pains at bay during pregnancy while helping prepare for childbirth.

Postpartum Class

Pilates is the perfect exercise system to help the body recover after childbirth. The postpartum body requires rehabilitation with emphasis on the mind-body connection that Pilates is famous for. This class is a kind reintroduction to exercise, taking into account the unique physical strains of coming back into the postnatal body.
